Registered Company or partnerships registration process

The following supporting information will need to be provided with the application. The documents can be in Chinese (do not need to be translated or notarized). The information must be complete and must match i.e. names and addresses need to be consistent throughout:

1. A copy of a business bank statement, which states the name and address of the applicant and shows that there is business activity going on. The statement should be less than three months old.
提供一份有申请人的姓名和地址的银行账单，并含有业务交易的来往.银行账单必须是最近三𠆤月的。
2.A link to their own website (if they have one) and a link to their Amazon webpage or at least some evidence of online listings on Amazon. This page should connect the applicant to the shop front.
3. Copy of a certificate of incorporation – to verify the legal status and existence of the business

4. Copy of a document, which verifies the names of directors and shareholders. This can be “memorandum and articles of association”, a shareholder certificate, an annual tax return or any other official document which gives the names of the individuals who manage and own the business
5.For all “Directors” copy of govt issued valid dated photo ID e.g. passport, driving license or ID card & Proof of personal home address dated less than three months old (e.g. gas bill, electric bill, tax statement, landline phone bill, personal bank statement – but not mobile bill)
6. For all shareholders with above 25% ownership of the company: please supply the same as for Directors.

The applicant cannot use the same document for two activities e.g. they cannot provide a bank statement to verify business activities and their address, they must use two separate documents.
1. Currencies Direct will pay money already received into the accounts to our clients even if their account has been suspended by Amazon
2. Currencies Direct will return monies to Amazon if the Currencies Direct identifies suspicious transactions
3. The bank accounts are not virtual accounts, they are actual individual bank accounts which are safe and secure
4. Balances are not available to view online however we will inform clients by email when their balance goes over €1000, they can then instruct us to send the money to them by email
5. Clients can use our services to convert non Amazon funds
